The thread between school and family
Attendance taken the way you want, the daily diary families see as it happens, and whoever collects the child on record — with their ID.
For nurseries · pre-schools · toddler rooms · 0–6 centres · playrooms · summer camps
We know how it goes
Communications scattered across different chats. The attendance notebook at the entrance. The HACCP binder in the kitchen. And every evening something to chase, copy out or keep in your head.
The day
Everything in its place, exactly when you need it. Here's how it unfolds, from the entrance to the evening.
The morning
Whoever you choose marks it: the educator from their room, with a tap, or families and staff at the entrance tablet. In real time you know who's in and who's missing, without walking between rooms with a paper register.

During the day
Meals, sleep, changes, activities, mood. Families see them in the moment, not in the evening. Photos and videos are published only with the consent recorded for that child.
Diary · today visible to family
At lunch
The day's menu, diets and allergies of the children present, fridge temperatures, pantry and cleaning. HACCP records are written only by kitchen staff; management reads them, as the rules require.

At pick-up
Whoever comes to collect the child identifies themselves at the tablet and is recorded, with their ID. It isn't someone's memory: it's data, with name, time and date.

The evening
Attendance, diary, pick-ups, temperatures: it's all recorded during the day. At closing there's nothing to copy out or reconstruct from memory.
End of day
Through the year
Management opens the meeting slots, the family chooses: no one sees anyone else's appointments. Periodic observations use four ready-made, editable grids, and the value is in comparing periods — ready from the very first time, with nothing to build.

Who sees what
It's not a shared sheet where everything is there for everyone. Every piece of information has its audience: it's written into the product, not left to good sense.
